Q: What is the return policy?

A: All sales are FINAL!! No refunds or exchanges will be provided due to COVID-19. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, contact us by email at info@shopjazziesglamworld.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Once your payment has been fully processed, afterwards the processing of your order will usually take 2-3 business days before it ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) which usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery, but due to Covid-19 and occasional bad weather, there might be possible delays. 

**Processing time does NOT not include weekends nor holidays**

 

Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: We appreciate your purchase, however, once you have placed your order, you CAN'T make changes afterwards! Please make sure you review your information carefully before placing your order. 

 

Q: What if my package gets lost or stolen?

A: Once your order is received by USPS, Jazzie's Glam World Boutique is NOT responsible for loss or stolen packages. Please contact USPS if you have any shipping and tracking issues with your package
